Rose Mary

I am Rosemary Mushtaq from Karachi I am first Pakistani Christian to enter a singing program designed to promote peace between rivals India and Pakistan. I am one of 10 participants from Pakistan to join the Chotey Ustad Aman ki Aasha (Little MastersHope for Peace) program. I am six grader at St. Luke’s High School, I took up singing at the age of six. My father, who is a guitarist with 20 years singing experience, quickly realized that that I had a good singing voice At the age of eight, I started singing on Fun Time, a Pakistan Television program for children. During her three years on the program I had the chance to sing with many famous Pakistani singers I also performed on Sindhi language channel television channels my father, who normally works in Textile Industry, also works part time as a singer at functions and shows while my mother is a housewife.
